Zhongguan Valve Factory Workshop

The valve production workshop of our factory is a spacious and bright large building. The workers in the workshop are all engaged in their respective tasks. The workshop is divided into several areas, and each area has its own specific work content.

1. Material Area

Here are various component materials stored, including valve bodies, valve plates, valve seats, handles, valve rods, etc. These components will be assembled into a valve. Workers can select materials from this area according to the production orders.

2. Assembly Area

Here, workers assemble the individual processed parts into a complete valve. The main tasks include:

- Installing the valve body and valve cover

- Inserting the valve disc and valve stem

- Installing the sealing ring

- Tightening the screws

3. Testing Area

Each assembled valve must undergo strict testing here:

- Water pressure test: Check for leaks using high-pressure water

- Air tightness test: Check the sealing performance using compressed air

- Switch test: Check the flexibility of the valve's operation

Qualified valves will be labeled as such, while those that are not qualified will be returned for repair.

4. Packaging Area

This is the final step. Workers will use:

- Rust-proof oil to protect the surface of the valves

- Foam plastic for shock protection

- Strong cardboard boxes for packaging

- Attach product labels and shipping labels

The packaged valves will be transported to the warehouse and prepared for delivery to the customers.

Workshop Management

Our workshop places great emphasis on safety and quality:

- Equipment checks are conducted before each day's work starts

- Workers must wear protective gear

- Machines are regularly maintained and serviced

- Quality records are kept for each product

The walls of the workshop are covered with production flowcharts and safety warning signs, and clear passage lines are drawn on the floor. Although the work is very busy, everything is in perfect order.

This is our valve production workshop. Although it looks quite ordinary, it is constantly manufacturing reliable valve products every day, which are sold all over the country.
